NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, URGENT CARE , MIT
Health, provides direct patient care to MIT Health patients; assesses patient's health status through interview and physical exam and synthesizes this clinical information to formulate health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of follow up strategies according to age-specific plans of care; provides health education, supportive counseling, and clinical outreach to the MIT community in collaboration with other individuals or services at MIT Health as well as across the MIT Community. Work is done in accordance with MIT Health Policies as well as State and Federal rules, regulations, and standard of care. REQUIRED
: Master's degree in nursing and Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program ; current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification or Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) ; current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS); MA Board authorization to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse or MA Physician Assistant license ; valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA; and ability to summarize and communicate in English moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers. 8/11/2026 Active Filters Nurse Practitioner/Physician Ass...
