Job Description

Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 We're a fast-growing, high-quality urgent care organization serving the suburban Boston area and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Newton, MA. If you enjoy a busy, varied clinical environment and take pride in efficient, patient-centered care, you'll fit right in. New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
What we offer:
Competitive pay: base $75-$85/hour, plus performance incentives up to $25/hour (average rate ≈ $96/hour).
Generous time off:
five weeks per year covering vacation, holidays, and sick time.
CME support:
three paid CME days annually, with additional CME assistance available.
Sign-on bonus:
$5,000.

medical, dental, vision, retirement plan options, and more. What we're looking for: Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license. Minimum six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similarly fast-paced setting; strong new grads will be considered. Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-first approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Availability to work every other weekend.
