Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Springfield, MA market area , in collaboration with Healogics and Wing Hospital . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on procedures, complex wound management, and delivering specialized patient care . This role offers the ability to build expertise in wound care while working within a structured outpatient environment supported by a dedicated clinical team. Responsibilities include:
Performing wound care procedures including: Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Suturing and minor procedures Advanced wound treatment techniques Managing acute and chronic wounds, primarily within an adult and geriatric population Developing individualized treatment plans to promote healing Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes Comprehensive Clinical Support You will be supported by a full wound care team, including: Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front and back office support staff Training & Career Growth Full Wound Care training provided Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) training available Paid onboarding and mentorship Opportunity to expand your clinical skillset in a growing specialty Leadership opportunities available for providers interested in career advancement ✅ Experience Requirements Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Current DEA license Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Minimum 1 year of NP experience required Strong procedural background required , including experience with: Suturing Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Other hands-on procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities Full healthcare benefits 401(k) and retirement plan PTO package including major holidays If you are an NP who loves procedures, enjoys caring for complex patients, and wants a predictable outpatient schedule without call responsibilities, this is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized wound care program with the training and support to succeed.
