Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Health System is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding Consultative Liaison service. This position involves providing psychiatric consultation to patients in the Emergency Room, inpatient psychiatric unit, and medical floor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in providing psychiatric consults in a variety of settings. This position includes some weekend coverage. Candidate should possess the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with physicians and other health care professionals and support staff. Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate initiative in addressing responsibilities of the position. Proficiency in use of electronic health records. Opportunity is with a full-service, acute care hospital with 267 beds, 17 bassinets, and 10 special care bassinets.
