Exams PFTs Documentation‑Focused Westfield, MA Location Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor to perform physical disability examinations for both DDS and VA at our Westfield location. This role is non‑treatment and focuses strictly on objective physical evaluations, structured protocols, and clear, defensible documentation. Experience with DDS, VA disability exams, and PFTs is preferred , but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, consistency, and comfort with standardized workflows. Key Duties Conduct physical disability examinations only for both DDS and VA claims. Review medical histories and supporting documentation prior to each evaluation. Perform and interpret Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) according to DDS/VA standards. Document findings clearly, thoroughly, and objectively for disability determination review. Communicate procedures and expectations to claimants and Veterans with professionalism and clarity. Maintain compliance with DDS and VA protocols and internal clinical operations. Manage a structured appointment schedule with strong attention to timeliness and organization. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations. Required Availability Must be available for a minimum of two shifts per week . Reliable attendance is essential due to scheduled claimant and Veteran appointments. Preferred Background & Qualifications Prior experience with DDS or VA disability exams (preferred, not required). Experience performing or interpreting PFTs (preferred; training available). Strong communication skills and professional interaction with claimants, Veterans, and team members. Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and documentation workflows. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to navigate sensitive situations respectfully. Pay:

$60.00 - $80.00 per hour
