Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at Innovative Urgent Care to cover FRIDAYS 8a to 8p starting in September. The APP will provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of care, diagnosis, and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with Urgent Care or ER experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

NP or PA will Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain patient histories, and document findings. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies. NP or PA will Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. NP or PA Provide preventive care, patient education, and health promotion. Nurse Practitioner or PA will provide minor surgical procedures and wound care. NP or PA will utilize telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations and follow-up care. NP or PA will maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Pay:

$80.00 per hour
