Job Description

LOCUM Corrections Family Medicine
NP 141075
South, Wisconsin Start Date:
ASAP End Date:
26 weeks
Credentialing:
30-45 days
Schedule:
3 days/week - M-F, up to 24 hours IP/FP experience needed Corrections are ideal but not required The population served is adult males, older, with multiple comorbidities. Minimum 1 year of experience at the provider level.
Types of visits:
sick call, follow-up appointments, chronic care, urgent care Support staff onsite: Nursing Inmate population: 1,033 males
