09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description Full Job Description Choice Pain and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a nurse practitioner (CRNP) or physician assistant (PA-C) for Pain Clinics in Lanham, Hyattsville, Olney and Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, the provider will deliver clinical and professional medical services to patients requiring comprehensive pain management care. The CRNP or PA-C will collaborate with their Chronic Pain physician and independently develop primary evaluation and consultation, recommend treatment plans, and ensure that the treatment provided is followed up upon-this includes interventional pain procedures. This role is located in an outpatient setting with a Monday through Friday work schedule. Pain management experience is preferred but not necessary. Qualifications:
1+ years of pain management experience preferred Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations State licensure and board certification is required Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 40 hours / week
