This is an opportunity to work at the center of acute surgical services during peak clinical hours-collaborating closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex, high-acuity patients. Work Experience Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience in acute care, surgery, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex inpatient cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care

Salary Range:

$128,187.07

• 169,209.
