Holy Cross Health is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Primary Care Team. In this vital role, you will deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What You Will Do:

• Works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
• Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
• Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provides health education and counseling to individuals and families

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program: MSN required; terminal degree preferred. Spanish speaking a plus Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in State of MD Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required. Current DEA license AHA BLS Verification of current national certification Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional nursing role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty area Full time M-F, 8 or 10 hr shifts available

$48.04 - $74.51 / hr
