Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult medicine. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes and promote wellness within our community. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and perform diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status. Prescribe medications, administer injections, and manage treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as, eClinicalWorks, for accurate medical documentation and data management. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses. Participate in telehealth consultations and triage services to deliver accessible care remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Qualifications Current certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with valid licensure in the relevant state or region. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as eclinicalworks . Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including CPT coding), and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Excellent client communication skills National Provider Identifier (NPI) Active DEA registration Minium of one year of experience preferred
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
