Earning $125,000-$150,000 base salary plus a productivity bonus. Korean fluency is a hard requirement — a significant share of visits are conducted in Korean from history and examination through counseling and family discussion. New graduates are welcome, and candidates with 5+ years of relevant RN experience are strongly considered. Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and hybrid or telehealth days are all negotiable for the right person. What You'll Do Provide primary care to an adult panel (ages 18 and over), conducting visits in Korean where preferred Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disease Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance Order and interpret labs and imaging, coordinate specialty referrals Deliver medication and lifestyle counseling in Korean, adapted to each patient Document accurately in eClinicalWorks Collaborate with the physician owner on complex cases Why You Will Love This Role Korean is the practice model, not an add-on — you practice in Korean as a matter of course $125,000-$150,000 base plus productivity bonus, flexibility above range for 5+ years experience New graduates welcome with formal onboarding and physician owner on site Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable Hybrid or telehealth days possible for the right candidate Maryland licensure costs and CME covered by employer Malpractice fully included, no full practice authority required Requirements Advanced or native Korean fluency required, cannot be substituted Active Maryland APRN or PA license required, or eligibility to obtain FNP-BC or PA-C certification required Active DEA registration required Current ACLS and BCLS required New graduates welcome, 5+ years of relevant RN experience considered Preferred Prior primary care experience as NP, PA, or ambulatory RN eClinicalWorks experience Experience serving immigrant populations or in language-concordant care settings Interest in building a long-term patient panel Compensation and Benefits $125,000-$150,000 base salary plus productivity bonus Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable Health, dental, and vision insurance Maryland licensure costs and CME covered Malpractice insurance included Formal onboarding program
