Nurse Practitioner

Busy primary care practice in waldorf MD looking for a seasoned nurse practitioner to join the existing team of providers. Great benefits with great working environment in private practice. One location , Part time or full time Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring Prescribing medications and other related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administering non-intravenous and intravenous medications. Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient care plans Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patients conditions and responses. NP would be expected to carry out daily patient schedule including triaging and seeing patients in office setting and performing age-appropriate history and physicals for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals. Facilitates staff, patient and family decision making by providing educational tools. Experience Experience in Nursing. Prefer to have some outpatient and impatient exp. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
