Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) $120k-160k! Leading Cardiology Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Waldorf, Maryland area for a full-time position. $120k to $160k doe! Both in-patient and out-patient. Work M-F. Light call . Experience in either Cardiology, Internal Medicine or Critical Care preferred. Some travel between locations.Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)- Diagnosing, treating, and helping patients manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
- Prescribing age-specific physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Prescribing pharmacologic treatments (depends on state regulation)
- Performing minor procedures
- Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures
