Impact Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care To help cover our territory in Bangor & Augusta, ME!!! $115,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience + achievable monthly bonuses)Benefits Include:
401(k) Comprehensive health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Paid malpractice insurance License reimbursement and partial CEU support Paid wound care certification opportunities Paid training and onboarding Ongoing clinical and administrative support Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide advanced wound care services, including debridement, dressing selection, and infection management Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and prevention strategies Educate patients, families, and staff on wound management and prevention Complete documentation within 24 hours Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and clinical guidelines Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of hire 2 years of experience preferred but not required Preferred experience in: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Wound care and/or wound certification (WOCN, WCC, etc.) Long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindsetSchedule & Location Schedule:
