Neurology Schedule :
Monday-Friday clinic with rotating hospital coverage including one or two weekends per month Position Summary I am seeking a motivated and personable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join my growing neurology practice. This role includes outpatient neurology clinic responsibilities as well as rotating hospital. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological disorders with physician collaboration Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and neurological assessments Develop and implement treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory results Provide patient education and counseling regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with neurologist, nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Participate in inpatient hospital rounding and consultations during scheduled weekend rotations Assist with care coordination, referrals, and follow-up management Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification Active MI license or eligibility for licensure Neurology experience preferred, but new graduates with clinical interest in neurology are encouraged to apply Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment Proficiency with EMR systems Schedule & Call Full-time outpatient clinic schedule Rotating hospital coverage including one or two weekends per month Minimal after-hours call responsibilities Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off and holidays Supportive and collaborative work environment About My Practice My neurology clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered neurological care.
