Job Description
Providing primary and acute care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Battle Creek, MI, with additional facility openings in Escanaba, Iron, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City, MI. Nationwide opportunities also available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI. Schedule and clinical duties Full-time and PRN positions Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No overnight shifts or on-call duties Perform daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans Document using streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE Access to UpToDate for clinical guidance Compensation and benefits Uncapped productivity-based compensation with competitive base and opportunity to exceed industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives Performance bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid time off 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (eligibility applies) CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Minimum requirements Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred Application note Specify location preference when applying.
