Job Description
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Battle Creek, MI, with additional facility openings in Escanaba, Iron, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City. Nationwide opportunities also available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI. Schedule and duties Full-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No call or overnight duties Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff Document care using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and company‑provided iPad with LTE Access UpToDate® for clinical guidance Compensation and benefits Uncapped productivity-based compensation with pay potential above industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives Performance bonuses and sign-on bonus (eligible candidates) Paid Time Off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (eligible providers) CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Requirements Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent) Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
