Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across diverse medical settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, collaborate with physicians and specialists, and contribute to innovative clinical practices. The Nurse Practitioner will be instrumental in managing patient health, performing procedures, and supporting ongoing medical research initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients across various age groups, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult populations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices. Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, while maintaining sterile technique. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, NextGen to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and support remote patient management strategies. Skills Proficiency in performing complex procedures such as suturing, IND. Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and ICD coding for diagnoses documentation. Expertise in managing diverse patient populations including pediatric (working with children), geriatric (geriatrics) Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using laboratory testing (including phlebotomy) Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance during all clinical activities. Experience with telehealth platforms to facilitate remote consultations effectively. Strong communication skills for patient education on nutrition, health coaching, discharge planning, case management, and utilization review processes. Pay:
$110,210.98 - $120,748.70 per year
