We are not a primary care clinic and not a med spa. Every patient who walks through our door has already been told "there's nothing more we can do" by someone else. Our providers are the ones who prove that wrong. We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to join our procedural team. This is not a role for someone who has given a few IM injections in a med-surg rotation or drawn labs for years and wants to try something new. This is a role for someone who has already done the work: placed IV lines, hands moving without hesitation, and delivered focal injections into joints, trigger points, and muscle tissue with precision, under real clinical pressure, on real patients, repeatedly. What You'll Actually Be Doing Placing peripheral IV lines for infusion therapy, cleanly and consistently, patient after patient Performing focal injections with precision placement into large and small joints, trigger points, and intramuscular sites, not blind or "close enough" technique Reviewing patient history and forming a clinical picture of musculoskeletal and soft-tissue presentations Interpreting findings and building appropriate treatment plans within our regenerative medicine protocols Educating patients clearly on their condition and their options, in language that builds trust rather than confusion Documenting accurately and promptly Occasionally traveling to a patient's home to perform procedures when clinically appropriate Working alongside our clinical team to uphold a standard most practices talk about and few actually run Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active, unrestricted Michigan license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Demonstrated, hands-on experience placing peripheral IV lines, not occasional or supervised, independent and confident Demonstrated, hands-on experience with precision focal injections: intra-articular (joint), trigger point, and intramuscular, across multiple sites, not a single specialty Ability to describe your technique, landmark approach, and how you handle a difficult stick or a missed placement, because we will ask Comfortable and experienced performing procedures in both a clinical setting and a mobile/in-home environment, including maintaining sterile technique and managing adverse reactions without on-site backup Strong patient communication skills; our patients arrive skeptical and in pain, and how you talk to them matters as much as your technique Comfortable in a fast-paced, procedure-heavy, patient-facing environment Professional, team-oriented, and coachable to our specific protocols even with outside experience Preferred (Not Required, but It Helps) Prior experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or aesthetics/IV wellness Experience in a cash-pay or concierge medical setting Comfort working somewhat autonomously once trained on protocol Reliable transportation for occasional home visits What We Offer Compensation structured around each patient you treat, not the clock.
