Join a team providing patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Carson City, MI. Seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants experienced or interested in geriatrics, long-term care, post-acute care, or skilled nursing. Locations Carson City, MI Additional Michigan sites: Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant, South Haven Additional states:
IL, NH, NC, OH, WI
Schedule & Clinical Duties Full-time positions with flexible scheduling Typical facility shifts: six hours; rounds begin between 7:00-10:00 a.m. No call or overnight responsibilities Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans Document using streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE Access UpToDate® for clinical guidance Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay with uncapped productivity-based upside Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives Performance bonuses; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid time off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (eligibility applies) CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Requirements Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent) Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
