CoreMed Plus Starting at $110,000+ annually Full-Time | Flexible Schedule CoreMed Plus is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient primary care team. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of FNP/PA experience required Active DEA License required Experience in primary care and chronic disease management Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health screenings Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff Benefits 4 Weeks PTO + 6
