Join a growing team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Escanaba, Michigan. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners who are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.
Locations Primary:
Escanaba, MI Additional Michigan opportunities: Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant, South Haven Nationwide openings:
IL, NH, NC, OH, WI
Role overview Full-time positions with flexible scheduling Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00-10:00 a.m. No overnight shifts or on-call requirements Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing and post-acute settings, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE Clinical resources include UpToDate® for point-of-care guidance Compensation and benefits Competitive base pay with an uncapped, productivity-based model to exceed industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives and performance bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid time off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible providers CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or equivalent) Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred If you're a dedicated NP who values team-based care and meaningful patient impact, we'd like to hear from you.
