Be part of a growing healthcare team delivering patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Iron River, Michigan. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Locations Primary:
Iron River, MI Additional Michigan facilities: Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Mt. Pleasant, South Haven Nationwide opportunities:
IL, NH, NC, OH, WI
Position highlights Full-time roles with flexible scheduling; typical rounds are six-hour facility shifts starting between 7:00-10:00 a.m. No on-call or overnight responsibilities Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans Efficient documentation with a streamlined EHR, AI Scribe support, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad with LTE Clinical resources: access to UpToDate® Compensation and benefits Competitive base compensation with an uncapped, productivity-based model that can exceed industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives and performance bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid time off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible providers CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred If you're passionate about geriatric care and want to work in a supportive, team-based environment, we encourage you to apply.
