Nurse Practitioner Join Our Team & Make a Meaningful Impact Under the administrative direction of the Director of Clinic-Based Services and the clinical guidance of the Medical Director, the Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner plays a vital role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care. This position is ideal for a compassionate, driven professional committed to helping individuals begin and sustain their path to recovery. What Youll Do Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management Deliver efficient, patient-centered services through evaluations, medication reviews, and ongoing monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated, holistic care Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical program development Conduct examinations and certifications for involuntary psychiatric hospitalization in accordance with Michigan Mental Health Code Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation in electronic medical records Support and implement evidence-based psychiatric practices Engage in professional development through trainings, meetings, and conferences Contribute to a positive, professional presence in both clinical and community settings Why Join Us?
