We have a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of MDs, NPs, PAs, LLPs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, SLPs, and OTs who work together to ensure a comprehensive approach to diagnostic and therapy services. Our organization is female-led and values each staff member's work-life balance. We work during working hours, not during our personal time. Our emphasis is on each child's clinical outcomes and our service to the community rather than on productivity measures and billable hours. The Nurse Practitioner may select from full-time or part-time schedule options, with one to five-day work-week options. The Nurse Practitioner participates in the delivery of autism evaluation services within HealthCall's Behavioral Services Department. In collaboration with the Medical Director and diagnostic team, the Nurse Practitioner seeks to enable each client to attain and maintain the highest practical physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. She/he/they collaborates with other departments, medical professionals, consultants, organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop, support, and coordinate client care and to represent the best interests of HealthCall and the people we serve.

Part-time position or Full-time position. Work is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.Compensation:
If part-time, this is an hourly position. If full-time, this is a salaried position. Medical, dental, and vision benefits available to full-time staff. 401K plan available. Master of Science in Nursing degree required. Unencumbered license to practice in the State of Michigan required. One or more years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience with pediatric care and autism services strongly preferred. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Valid and current state driver's license and insurance. Ability to provide care in a variety of settings and/or situations. Culturally sensitive to a diverse client population. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Demonstrate the ability to work well with members of a team.
