A not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and integrated healthcare system in west-central Minnesota is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join its Behavioral Medicine Department. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, integrated care environment where behavioral health providers work in the same facility as physicians and other medical professionals. The position offers scheduling flexibility, including the potential for a four-day work week. Compensation is not tied to client contact hours, allowing providers to focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care without productivity-based pressure.
