Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APRN) Join a Practice Where You Can Focus on Patient Care Counseling Associates of the Four States is a growing, community-focused private mental health practice serving Southwest Missouri. We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team and provide psychiatric services supporting our Joplin, Carthage, and Springfield locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants the autonomy to practice within their scope while having the support of an experienced administrative team. We believe in complete transparency regarding the business side of healthcare, keeping our providers informed about insurance reimbursements and practice operations while handling the day-to-day administrative responsibilities for you. Instead of spending your time managing credentialing, billing, insurance claims, and paperwork, you can focus on what matters most—providing quality psychiatric care to your patients. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within your scope of practice. Develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with therapists and other providers to coordinate patient care across multiple office locations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
