Job Description

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional health and wellness services to patients within the boundaries of the collaborative practice agreement. The NP/PA should provide timely, efficient, and courteous patient care while maintaining patient confidentiality. This individual must have the ability and willingness to work as a team. This individual must maintain effective communication within departments, supervisors, and coworkers. This individual is required to interact appropriately with physicians and other provider staff as well as supervisory staff.
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing Patient-centered attitude Flexible schedule; needs to work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month and have ability to cover shifts at any GVMH Clinic location (Clinton, Warsaw, Windsor, and Osceola) Strong work ethic Standard of care practices and documentation Broad primary care knowledge Ability to handle walk-in patients EMR experience desired Collaborative practice experience desired Willingness to provide community education Why Join Us?
