Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner/Physicisn Assistant to join our growing independent dermatology practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment providing high-quality dermatologic care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations Provide dermatologic care and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge of dermatology Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Perform utilization management activities to ensure appropriate and effective use of healthcare resources Adhere to professional standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices Perform laboratory procedures, including specimen collection and processing Accurately document patient information using electronic health record systems (e.g., EMA) Requirements Active and valid Nurse Practitioner/Physiciasn Assistant license in the state of Missouri Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program Strong knowledge of medical standards and guidelines for primary care and specialty care Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans Familiarity with utilization management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Additional Details Practice location includes Fenton, MO, Chesterfield, MO and O'Fallon, MO Salary commensurate with experience Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
