  • Review schedule for assigned facility 2
  • Review scheduled appointments Check with Nursing Director for acute patient needs to add to schedule Check with Medical Director (when applicable) for other needs Add any new identified patient visits to schedule Organize day according to scheduled visits 3
  • Visit patients as scheduled Complete appropriate charting during visit Communicate with facility staff as needs arise during visits Prescribe and approve new medications as needed Approve refill medications as needed Order and approve labs as needed Order and approve new treatments as needed 4
  • Complete electronic charting on patients Complete charting on patients within 24 hours of the visit Sign each chart within 24 hours of each visit Create a charge for each visit within 24 hours of each visit 5
  • Complete daily visit log for each patient Complete log should include name, date, CPT code for each visit Send visit log to business office within 24 hours 6
  • Participate in on-call duties as assigned Complete on-call log Send on-call log to business office within 24 hours of completed on-call duties 7
  • Participate in weekly provider meetings 8
  • Submit hours, mileage, and PTO requests on a weekly basis to the business office Share job details to
