Provide on-site assessments, debridements, and treatments for wound care patients. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Document visits and treatments accurately in EMR systems. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention. Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA. Stay updated on wound care techniques and protocols. Qualifications include active Nurse Practitioner licenses in Missouri and ideally Illinois, with certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care. Wound care experience is preferred but not required, with training provided. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable working independently and traveling for training.
