Collaborate with an experienced team to develop and implement care plans for neonatal patients. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities. Engage in family-centered care, supporting NICU families with education and resources. Utilize advanced ventilator support and neonatal technology. Assist with well-baby coverage and support unit operations as needed.
