• Jungermann is powered by 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

Previous Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity to step into a collaborative, patient-centered practice with a strong referral base and excellent resources!

This Opportunity Offers:

Hours:

Monday-Fri 8am-4:30pm 36 patient facing hours/week Full-time position Outpatient Clinic Treating patients of all ages Managing Chronic and Acute conditions No weekend or call requirement System-wide Epic EMR Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vacation, 401K and CME Relocation assistance and Malpractice insurance
