Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Kare Health & Wellness, is a Functional Medicine clinic looking for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to become a part of our team. We are the Functional Medicine leader in the Midwest. We pride ourselves on providing the most innovative treatment options available. We are looking for someone with experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine but are willing to train the right individual. Position would have a focus on advanced thyroid treatment, hormone replacement therapy, integrative weight loss, functional/integrative medicine patient visits, and functional acute care visits. This is a fast paced, innovative environment where we focus on treating root causes and not symptoms. We spend more time with our patients than traditional medical offices and we get to know them on a different level enabling us to better treat our patients and increase their vitality of life. We are looking for a medical professional who will talk the talk and walk the walk. Functional Medicine is common sense and lifestyle medicine designed to give patients answers and HOPE through life's health challenges.
