Job Description
IES is seeking an EM Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at Ozarks Health in West Plains, MO. Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner , where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional emergency care, utilizing your advanced clinical skills and comprehensive medical knowledge. Criteria Board certified EM Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of EM practice experience; post-graduation . Active ACLS, BLS and PALS are required. Skills Proven experience working in an emergency room setting. Strong proficiency with EMR systems. Skilled in performing procedures such as suturing, I&D's, splinting, rapid evaluations and triage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching, pain management strategies, and discharge planning.
