We are a patient-centered wellness clinic offering medical cannabis certifications, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medication management, and comprehensive lab evaluations to help patients improve their quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits for: Medical cannabis certifications Weight loss management Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) Medication management services Review laboratory results and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and wellness goals. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic health record. Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, state regulations, and professional standards. Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining strict confidentiality. Participate in community outreach and educational events as needed. Qualifications Active Mississippi Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. DEA registration Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Experience in primary care, wellness, weight loss, hormone therapy, or cannabis medicine is preferred but not required. Passion for helping patients improve their overall health and well-being.
