Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

Oversees patient care in the RHC clinic setting. Meets the communication needs of medical staff, patient, and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of the RHC Medical Director. Maintains regulatory requirements, office policies, procedures, and standards. Communicates with team members about patient's clinical condition, if appropriate and directs team for any support needed to provide patient care.

Duties:

Provides Medical Care and Assessment to Patients within scope of practice and AAP guidelines. Documents appropriate data into EMR system and closes charts within company guidelines. Communicates with RHC Medical Director as needed. Provides friendly and competent patient care and services to all patients, when seeing patients. Adheres to all company policies as it pertains to patient care practices. Complies with all RHC specific regulations and requirements as required by state and federal law Maintains all requirements to keep all needed licensures and certifications current
