In this role, you will... Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of neonatal patients Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as appropriate Evaluate, stabilize, and manage newborns requiring specialized care Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to develop individualized care plans Educate and support families throughout the newborn care experience Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice Interested in learning more?
