NP/PA/MD/DO
to provide care across skilled nursing facilities in the Helena and Butte, MT area . This is a mobile role with a consistent schedule, defined facility coverage, and structured workflows, ideal for clinicians seeking a focused way to practice.

Your Day-to-Day Facility Visits:
Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
Wound Care Expertise:
Provide care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Responsibilities may include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and feeding tube management (training available).
Detailed Documentation:
Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.
Who We're Looking For Preferred:
NP, DNP, PA, DO or MD who has extensive clinical/hands-on experience in surgical or sharp wound debridement, feeding tube management, skin graft, has worked with a Skilled Nursing Facility, and has experience working for a wound care company.
Positive Personality:
Someone who is professional, approachable, and able to build good rapport with facility staff and patients.
Self-Motivated:
Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with care teams.
Independent & Motivated:
You'll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
Licensure:
Must have an active Montana NP, PA, MD, or DO license .
Availability :
Open to visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities within Helena and Butte, MT, and nearby areas. Other Benefits W2 position Mileage reimbursement - to be discussed with the practice
Compensation :
starting at a $500 daily rate for 3 months aside from emergency G-tube and skin grafting rate , and changing to a production rate of 35% on the 4th month. Training is provided without prior experience in sharp wound debridement (must have at least clinical experience in debridement during training/school years) With compensation included during the training period! Pay:
From $500.00 per day
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you have hands-on experience with surgical or sharp wound debridement? Are you willing to perform sharp wound debridement at the bedside? Are you available to commit to at least 2 consistent days of morning shifts per week (weekdays ONLY) with the company? Are you willing to work as a part-time W2 wound care provider? Are you comfortable traveling to multiple skilled nursing facilities to see patients in the Helena and Butte, MT areas?
