Seeking Preoperative Evaluation Clinic Nurse Practitioner Logan Health - Kalispell, Montana This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in optimizing patient health prior to surgery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.   • Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a key member of the perioperative care team, helping patients safely prepare for surgery and procedures.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Meaningful Clinical Practice
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Evaluate cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, and overall health status prior to surgery.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing including lab work, EKGs, and imaging studies.
  • Perform risk stratification and develop individualized preoperative care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding anesthesia and procedural expectations. A Well-Balanced Practice
  • Outpatient-focused clinical role.
