Position Summary Information Primary Purpose Growing Well is an expansive and nurturing umbrella of programs designed to foster the holistic development of youth and families. Committed to creating a supportive environment for children in the High Country, Growing Well encompasses a range of empowering initiatives that inspire growth, resilience, and well-being. This role will serve as the full time medical provider for the Growing Well Clinic. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a pediatric nurse practitioner or pediatric ( PNP or PA). License/Certification Required Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in developmental pediatrics Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct medical care based on Growing Well guidelines and protocols
Provide leadership for developmental screenings, assessments, and treatment planning and support and guide allied health providers involved in the care of children with or at risk for developmental delays.
Oversee the high-risk infant follow-up program, ensuring timely developmental monitoring and intervention referrals.
Ensure the use of evidence-based tools for screening and diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and other developmental conditions.
Collaborate with therapists, family navigators, students, and social workers to ensure cohesive, family-centered care.
Work with the Medical Director to maintain clinical protocols and quality standards for developmental services.
Participate in strategic planning to expand and improve program offerings.
Maintain knowledge in evidence based practices related to Growing Well Clinic Protocols
Provide training and share resources to other professionals or programs as part of a potential state wide expansion of Growing Well

Suggested Salary Range Up to $125,000
