Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic patient care with established protocols and support from a dedicated team and clinical leadership. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing procedures (e.g., lacerations, abscess drainage), ordering tests, prescribing medications, and patient education. The practice environment supports efficient care with on-site diagnostics, EMR systems, and manageable patient volumes of 3-4 per hour.
Schedule:
3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible shifts and overtime pay options. Compensation ranges from $55-$70/hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, PTO, CME allowance, and more. Qualifications include active licensure in NC, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
