Our services include Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Functional Medicine and Functional Lab Testing, Weight Loss Solutions, IV Therapy, and more. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics and wellnessto join our growing team. Position Overview The ideal candidate is an experienced, compassionate provider who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and taking a comprehensive approach to their health and wellness. This role will have a strong focus on aesthetic and anti-aging services and personalized wellness plans. This role starts as part-time with the potential to grow as our patient community expands.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing interpretation.
• Perform aesthetic consultations and treatments within your scope of practice and training.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and ongoing care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Prescribe medications, supplements, and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, and efficiency in all aspects of work.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in functional medicine and wellness solutions.
• Actively participate in quality improvement processes while being open to the ongoing changes in medical care and make suggestions for improvements.
• Keep all protected health information (PHI) confidential and abide by HIPAA guidelines for the release and disclosure of any PHI.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a relevant specialty (e.g., family practice, internal medicine, integrative medicine).
• Experienced in aesthetics, hormone optimization, functional medicine, or wellness.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in functional medicine/wellness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting holistic wellness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
• Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task effectively.
