Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Edenton and Ahoskie, NC ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Cancer Care, with locations across eastern North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient clinical care in their Edenton and Ahoskie locations. Applicants with 2 years of oncology experience are preferred. ECU Health Cancer Care is the largest provider of oncology services in Eastern North Carolina.
Highlights include:
Employment by ECU Health Physicians 100% outpatient clinical care Established regional oncology practices which include infusion suites, patient exam rooms, and a team of experienced providers, nurses, and nurse navigators Monday-Friday schedule 8am- 4:30pm No Call Clinical responsibilities will include seeing patients in an ambulatory setting for follow-ups, survivorship visits, symptom management, medication refills, and chemotherapy oversight Provider will be supported with both regional and telemedicine oncology oversight Participation in tumor board conferences Opportunity to join a nine-hospital cancer care network that includes a four-hospital ACoS-CoC Integrated Network Cancer Program, an ACoS-CoC Community Cancer Program, and two NAPBC accredited breast centers Support from the ECU Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC which includes medical, radiation and surgical oncology experts Proximity to the beautiful beaches of the Outer Banks of North Carolina Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: Annual Stipend, Relocation Assistance, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k/457b, Medical, Dental, & Vision, Life Insurance ECU Health ECU Health is a mission-driven, 1,708-bed academic health care system serving more than 1.4 million people in 29 eastern North Carolina counties.
