Take Charge:
Deliver comprehensive wound care utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, directly to patients in their homes and local facilities.

Lead & Mentor:
Share your knowledge by collaborating with and guiding less experienced providers, supporting team development and continuously raising the clinical bar.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
What We're Seeking:
Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills Effective communicator and natural team leader Commitment to innovation and quality care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
