The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive clinical background, demonstrating expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across diverse medical settings. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a broad knowledge of medical practices. The successful applicant will be committed to improving health outcomes through evidence-based interventions and compassionate service. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks. Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DEA guidelines, ensuring appropriate medication administration and drug management Manage acute and chronic conditions across specialties. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans. Experience Proven clinical experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient clinic setting. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation and medical records management. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding systems for healthcare diagnosis documentation and utilization review processes. Certification in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), sterile technique practices, and other relevant certifications are required to ensure safe patient care delivery.
