40 hours weekly Monday-Friday Pay Range $51.05 - $76.60 Come experience an exceptional primary care delivery model at One Health! We invite Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Midwives to discover all that we can do when we place the patient at the center of care and bring compassion, evidence-based medicine, value, and team member wellness together, partnered with the largest healthcare system in North and South Carolina. Position Highlights:
60 Physicians and 50 APPs fully integrated across 30 practice sites Outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days Office hours are Monday-Friday. Specific hours vary by practice. Imbedded urgent care clinics providing care 7 days/week Multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology A team that honors each other's opinions and respects our physician's expertise The ideal candidate will be: Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice. The APRN/PA in Primary Care functions at a medical level of care to serve patients with primary care needs (acute, chronic, preventive) inclusive of adults and/or pediatric populations. The APRN/PA may function as a PCP maintaining a panel and/or via a care team model co-managing patient panels with physician partner(s). The APRN/PA participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high quality, cost effective, and evidenced-based care. The APRN/PA demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism and upholds the missions, visions, and values of Advocate Health.

The APRN/PA will provide care within their scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, institutional policy, privileges, and practice agreements.
