Atrium Health Women's Care Copperfield OBGYN is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our thriving practice. Northeast OB/GYN is an established practice consisting of 9 physicians, and 4 APPs. Position Overview Established OBGYN practice with 3 locations Full spectrum of OBGYN and Women's Health conditions IUD, Nexplanon, EMB procedures Averages 100 monthly deliveries at Atrium Health Cabarrus, Level IV NICU Team & Support Structure 9 Physicians, and 4 APPs Collaboration model Onboarding/training support
Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Required:
3-5 years of APP experience Women's Health Experience Physician Assistant (PA)
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program; Master's Degree preferred Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License, Certified by NCCPA Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to start. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing is required to start. Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Requirements:
Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's Program, Master's degree or higher required Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner by AANP or ANCC Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to start.
