This full-time position offers a consistent 7-on/7-off day shift schedule, providing an excellent balance between professional responsibilities and personal time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. In this role, the Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of acute, non-life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient histories and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging, and developing appropriate treatment plans. The provider will prescribe medications as needed, perform minor procedures including wound care, suturing, and splinting, and provide clear patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective coordination and continuity of care. Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record is essential, along with adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and quality guidelines. The role also involves contributing to a supportive team environment and participating in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and clinic performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide express care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. Manage common urgent care conditions such as colds, flu, and

COVID-19.

Perform minor procedures including sutures and stitches. Conduct and interpret X-rays and utilize in-house lab services. Work within designated Rural Health Clinics to deliver comprehensive healthcare.
